In the Motorsports industry the Roush® name equates to quality. The company as a whole and each employee will strive to deliver error free competitive products and service to our customers on time, which meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

Typographical errors in text, content, pricing and photographs of Product(s) on this website may occur and will be corrected by RAC when brought to its attention.

ORDERING INFORMATION

HOW TO ORDER PRODUCT(S)
Retail orders for Product(s) can be placed either through this website or by calling RAC direct at 734-779-7290.

PAYMENT TERMS
Orders placed through this website must be paid for in full using a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card on First Data Payment Gateway or PayPal. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders can be accepted for any customer. Please be aware that debit cards have daily and purchase limits, therefore, if either of these is exceeded our website will decline your order and you will be sent an e-mail notifying you of an order processing concern.

SALES TAX
All orders billed or shipped to a Michigan address will be charged a 6% sales tax. 

SHIPPING
Orders placed Monday-Thursday after 11 am Eastern Time with USPS shipping option will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed after 11 am Eastern Time on Friday with USPS shipping option will not be processed until after the weekend on Monday. 

Orders placed Monday-Thursday after 2 pm Eastern Time with UPS shipping option will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern Time on Friday with UPS shipping option will not be processed until after the weekend on Monday.  

Shipping rates are calculated based on the dimensions & weight of the items in your order. Shipping costs vary greatly depending on your location. To get an accurate shipping quotation please add the item to your cart and begin checkout. Once you enter a shipping address and method, rates will be calculated and displayed.  

Once an order is processed and shipped, that order cannot be cancelled. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO CANADA
Orders shipping outside the U.S.A. are typically subject to government taxes, duties and brokerage fees. This article explains the Roush Automotive Collection's international methods of shipment and international terms of sale.   

Brokerage fees are levied by the shipping company (e.g. UPS) to cover the cost of processing the package through customs.

Taxes are sales/usage taxes levied by the destination country's government. e.g. Sales tax, VAT, GST.

Duties are special importation taxes levied by the destination country's government for particular classes of goods.

We ship from the United States with terms defined as "Free on Board (FOB), USA". This means that ANY and ALL fees (except shipping/transit) charges are your responsibility. You will probably be charged some mixture of customs fees (e.g. taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery of your shipment. The Roush Automotive Collection has no control over these fees, nor any means to calculate them. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.  

The shipping charges you pay to the Roush Automotive Collection do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to the Roush Automotive Collection and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. If you receive the shipment and refuse to pay the custom's fees, such that we are billed by UPS on your behalf, we will bill you for these fees directly.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please familiarize yourself with the customs laws in your country, BEFORE you order!
